- 2 Hen Breasts (round 10 oz) boneless, skinless
- 20 massive Shrimp (round 10 oz)
- 9 oz Mushrooms
- 2 cups Recent Spinach
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 2 tsp Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Salt and Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- half tsp Crushed Crimson Pepper
- half tsp Paprika
- half tsp Stevia
- 1 Spring Onion
Tenderize rooster between plastic wrap till 1 inch thickness, season with salt and pepper and garlic powder.
In a skillet over medium warmth, add oil and rooster breasts, cook dinner for eight minutes after which flip, cut back warmth and canopy.
Slice mushrooms and add to the rooster, season with salt and pepper, add oil if wanted.
In a small bowl add mayonnaise, sriracha, powdered sweetener or honey, whisk to mix.
