1 cup almond flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
4 large eggs (divided)
3 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch ground nutmeg

Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan with coconut oil.
Prepare the bread by whisking together the almond flour, baking powder, 2 eggs, and the coconut oil in a mixing bowl.
Whisk until well combined then spread in the loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes until the top is firm and browned.
Remove the loaf from the pan and cut in half then cut each piece in half lengthwise, giving you four slices of bread.
In a shallow dish, whisk together the remaining 2 eggs with the almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Dip the slices of bread in the egg mixture while you preheat a large skillet greased with oil.
Add the bread slices to the pan and cook until browned on one side, about 30 to 60 seconds.
Flip the bread and fry until golden on the other side then serve with So Nourished pancake syrup.
